in-distribution Spanish videos that are not available in the US; here is

If it is French-Canadian videos you need, Vedette Visuals has sold us
quite a few titles out of Montreal: http://www.vedettevisuals.com
I haven't needed to obtain any English-language Canadian videos which are
not also distributed in the US, so cannot advise you there.
