Subject: How Vendors Name their Files

I can see how this would be a problem with multiple files dropped via FTP to
the same site, especially if this is something on behalf of a consortium,
with multiple institutions, such as VIVA, but when I get files as an email
attachment, it's easy enough to rename them myself as I save them.

I'd rather the vendors spend time working on standardizing how they are
recording/reporting usage stats!
