We have a person in our district that works in the film booking
department
who fixes the tapes. 9 times out of 10 he can fix the tape.

Subject: Re: Incomplete sets of Videos
Dear Ms. Tofalo:
In my experience, I have almost always been successful in replacing just
the broken or flawed video without needing to replace the entire set,
especially if the problem is apparent on the set's arrival. For a recent
example, we were able to successfully replace just one video from the
set,
"Giants within", when it was flawed; the jobber in this case being Cheng
&
Tsui (in Boston, vendor of Asian books & videos). It took just one phone
call to get the swap of videos and payment arrangements made.
Sincerely,
Kimberley Shaw

Dear Anne:
We have never had a problem receiving a replacement of a defective video
from a set, without having to purchase the entire set. Perhaps this
depends
on the assertiveness of the vendor vis-a-vis the source of supply.
Regards,
Cecilia
