Although I don't recall ever seeing a record where the copyright holder is
identified as such, I guess the 260 field, subfield b (see AACR2 Rule 1.4E1)
would be the place for it in your local records.

Is there a particular subfield of the 2XX MARC tags that tells who owns a
copyright to an item? I'm asking about more than just who published it and
