Subject: ACQNET: An Announcement re: CD HotList
To All Readers of CD HotList: New Releases for Libraries --
With the January 2002 issue (viewable, as always, at
http://www2.library.unr.edu/anderson/cdhl/index.htm), CD HotList has a new
editor: the estimable Dan Cherubin, Music Librarian at Large and an
experienced Contributing Reviewer to CDHL.
I'm stepping down as editor in order to devote more time to other duties,
which now include editing the new Sound Recording Reviews column of Notes
(the quarterly journal of the Music Library Association). I'll continue to
publish CDHL, so there will be no need to change any links or bookmarks; I
will also continue to contribute reviews. Dan is already doing an excellent
job as Editor, and I feel very confident leaving the editorial duties in his
hands.
Thanks to everyone I've worked with on this project over the last three
years, and to all of you who read every month and have sent feedback (which
has always been gracious). Please continue to support CDHL and extend a
welcome to Dan as its new editor!
