Subject: Question re. Others' experiences ordering through Puvill Website.

Hello List,

Has anyone out there done much ordering through Puvill's Website? I have
done some, and am wondering if others have found it to be as peculiar an
experience as I have found it to be.

Some time ago I attempted to communicate with them about the issues I have
encountered, and they didn't really answer my question. I am about to mail
them a handful of orders the old fashioned way. I do a lot of ordering over
the Web through a number of other vendors, and while their systems are not
all identical, they are more or less intuitive, and allow one to review
items selected prior to finalizing a request. Other systems also confirm
success or failure of requests... Unlike Puvill's site. Has anyone heard
whether they plan to improve the system?

Thanks to anyone willing to share -

Regards,
Mary O'Dea
