Subject: Purchasing computer games - licensing aspects

Hi All,

Our IT faculty have requested that we start a computer game collection. Many
of our students are involved in courses which teach the design and
programming of computer games.

Is anyone collecting in this area? If so, are you approaching distributors
for licenses that include the loaning of games or are you assuming that
lending games is permissable if it is not specifically prohibited on the
license for the games?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Naomi Lloyd
