who used to be so active in the 1970's and 1980's]

I am a postal inspector in Detroit, MI.  Over the past few weeks I 
have been made aware of numerous complaints concerning Somerset 
Publishers at P.O. Box 160 St. Clair Shores, MI 48080.  In addition to 
the name Somerset, the following names and addresses have been found:

Historical Book Distributors
Native American Books
Scholarly Press

1532 State Street Santa Barbara, CA 93101
521 Fifth Ave. New York, NY 10175
1750 Calle Poniente Santa Barbara, CA 93101

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have a complaint 
regarding the list above.  Please include such details as when you 
first had contact with the company; the terms of your transaction; 
when or if you received what was promised; when or if you received a 
refund; what type of delivery service was used.

Additionally, I need you to provide copies of any e-mails or faxes you 
have had between yourself and the publishing company.
