Subject: Rental books

We are considering rental books and audio tapes for some high-interest,
high-circulation items. We have never dealt with rental items before.
I've found 1 audio book rental company on AcqWeb. I'd like to hear:

1. Companies that rent book or audio tapes. Our focus would be very
narrow: non-fiction of interest to state government employees and
legislators.

2. Any information about how easy (or hard) handling rental items is.
How cheap does the rental price need to be in order to compensate for
any extra handling? What advantages, and what pitfalls, are there in
dealing with rental items?

Any and all information appreciated!
