My job sounds very similar to the ordering part of your job.  I am 
classified as a Library Assistant IV which is a merit (non-professional) 
position in the State of Iowa Regent's classifications.  Our receiving 
supervisor is also a Lib. Asst. IV, and our finance officer is a Clerk 
IV.  Previously, a Librarian II had the position that I am currently in.
