ACQNET: Scanner/printers for Windows 2000

Subject: Scanner/printers for Windows 2000

We are going to be switching over to Windows 2000.  I have been asked to
look into scanner/printers for the acquisition office.  Does anyone have any
suggestions on which ones work well with Windows 2000?  Do I really need a
scanner?  Are more Acquisition Librarians going the digital route? Are you
archiving order requests digitally?

Any information will be most welcome and Thanks.
