Subject: Split charges for monographic orders

Hello,

I was wondering what sort of guidelines your libraries have concerning 
split charges for monographic purchases between your selectors' funds.

First, do you allow split charges for monographs?

Second, do you have a threshold whereby a split charge will not be allowed 
(e.g.  no split charges for anything less than $100).
