This message seems to be appearing in many listservs. Forgive me if I
repeat my response.
I would urge those who will participate in this to ask CQ about usage
statistics. We just got our bill from them for electronic access. It
reminded me to call them and ask, After a year without usage stats, when
would they becoming? I was told by this summer, so we decided to re up
with them. That question has become one the first I ask of vendors. How
can we justify the expenditure if we don't know if these resources are
being used?
