Hi all,

Is anyone out there allocating money for special, or ethnic 
collections?  If you are, I'd be interested in how you do
it.  Do you have a formula you can share?  We have four different 
ethnic collections, plus a women's resources collection. Any help you 
can lend will be greatly appreaciated.
