Subject: BidPay and Pay Pal Status Report

I have heard from no one who actually knows what these services are.  I also
reversed the name for PayPal in my initial posting.  You may find these
companies on the web under their names dot com.  We had been using them as
an intermediary in our payments for auctions on the web; however, we were
recently informed that we may not use our purchasing card with them because
they are providing a "service."
