Dear members of ACQNET:

In response to Diane Kachmar's posting on out-of-print video dealers,
I did a little checking around, as we have had a good deal of success
using Video Oyster for OP videos and would miss them greatly if they
went out of business.

However, it is very much still an active operation!
Here is the latest info from the FAQ section of his website, which
had been down for the summer (following).

Why was your site down for months? I Can't find the movie I want on your
database, is it working?

I was moving and on vacation and blowing out stuff on ebay (under
seller bideo)Yes it works fine, but I am now repricing and re-entering all my
inventory back onto the site. Maybe it doesn't exist on video, or I'm out of
stock. Email me at videooyster_at_rcn.com with the title and the
company that put it out on video, I'll do a free search for you and will
list the title on my site www.videooyster.com when it is in stock.
