I have had a very good response from Movies Unlimited.
(www.moviesunlimited.com) They are an OP video dealer,
and they will set up accounts and invoice. They also have
a very easy to use web page, lots of titles in stock
and quick delivery.
I think Video Oyster has gone out of business, but there is
a similiar operation in Texas called Bodawg video
(www.bodawg.com) that I've also successfully ordered from.
They are also very nice to deal with.
A Google search for op video usually turns up several vendors,
if you want to shop around.
