We use Book House for orders like this. As long as we give them the
publishers address and phone no. (if we have it), they'll try to get the
item for us. We just put the info in a vendor notes field which either
prints on the order slip or is transmitted to them electronically. Sometimes
we end up having to go direct, but not very often.
I'll be happy to provide you their address and phone number, if you don't
