Dear Mr. Raymond,
I apologize for taking so long to get back to you on this tax query. I have
been discussing this with our Holland office who have been researching this.
Unfortunately, our Chief Financial Officer, Peter van Hout, is out on
vacation and would be the expert in this area. He will be in at the end of
this week.
Historically, Internet-based content has not been taxed in the past. I am
unaware of California enacted an Internet tax law, but I think it best to
wait for Mr. van Hout to return for a definitive answer.
I will contact you as soon as I have the information.
Best regards,
Ellen
