If your data is online you can push it directly to archive.org. Problem 
is it always takes me 5 minutes to find the page: 
https://archive.org/web/.* And of course you can upload files. They 
don't look like web sites, but at least they aren't lost.

archive.org, get back immediately a permalink, use permalink in citation.
