Registration is open for two online RDA workshops offered by Amigos Library Services.
"RDA for Copy Catalogers" May 19-20, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM Central Time each day. This two-day, four-hour workshop will enable copy catalogers to recognize and interpret MARC records created according to RDA instructions. For more information please go to http://www.amigos.org/node/3115.
"Cataloging with RDA" June 16-19, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM Central Time each day. If you're a professional cataloger or advanced copy cataloger, this workshop is for you. This four-day, eight-hour workshop provides a thorough introduction to RDA instructions for describing manifestations and creating access points for persons, families, corporate bodies, works and expressions. At the end of the workshop you'll be able to apply RDA instructions to describing print and electronic monographs, audio recordings and video recordings.
