Tag Table update (Voyager) utterly defeating me

Hi all,

I hope this is the correct forum, but I'm trying to update Voyager tag tables to include subfield q in the 020 field. I've updated everywhere I can find to update, and it's still not recognizing it. I'm hoping some kind sage soul will contact me to help me out?

Any kind of assistance would be hugely appreciated!!
