Two that I know of are:

OpenAgris - http://agris.fao.org/openagris/
LIBRIS - http://libris.kb.se/?language=en

There is also an experimental catalog available from the National 
Library of Spain:
   http://bne.linkeddata.es/graphvis/
I'm not sure if they are using it yet as their actual catalog.

I know that Talis created an LD library catalog, but that product was 
sold to another company (as I recall) and I haven't heard anything about 
it since.
