I spend a lot of my time working on log files,
html, php, javascript, statistics, batch editing
marc files on and off the ILMS, converting records
into spreadsheets and have done batch loading into
dspace and sgml and xml editing.

I suppose I've been a 'databrarian' - awful word -
for many years and I know I have lots of colleagues!

regards

Mark
