But what about when the patron(s) demand a bestseller that we know is
both "garbage" and not "the best"? For example, several patrons come in
asking for the latest quack diet/nutrition book. We know it is full of
misinformation (or the selector does). Do we order it? The patrons want
it. Who is the judge?
