Actually, Koha posts a copy of the database in XML and that is searchable by Google. I've found that when searching for electronic versions of technical papers, my library catalog record comes up a in the first few hits a lot. Unfortunately, these results mean that I have to create the electronic version myself, but my Koha catalog is out there.

"columbia river fish runs and fisheries" nets my library #6 on the results page. (StreamNet Regional Library Catalog)
