You might take a look at the following FOSS products:
Catalis (Spanish, English):
http://inmabb.criba.edu.ar/catalis/catalis.php?p=main
Biblios (F but maybe not OSS):
http://biblios.net/
ABCD's cataloging module:
http://reddes.bvsalud.org/projects/abcd/wiki
NewGenLib's cataloging module:
http://www.verussolutions.biz/
OPALS's cataloging module (OSS but maybe not F):
http://www.opals-na.org/
Gnuteca's cataloging module (Portuguese):
http://www.solis.org.br/projetos/gnuteca
WEBLIS's cataloging module?? (MARC21 use unknown):
http://portal.unesco.org/ci/en/ev.php-
URL_ID=16841&URL_DO=DO_TOPIC&URL_SECTION=201.html
OpenBiblio's cataloging module?? (MARC21 use unknown) (Ubuntu Linux):
http://obiblio.sourceforge.net/index.php/Main/OpenBiblio
I'm not completely familiar with the details (i.e., MARC editors and
such) of these products, but I had done a scan of the field a year or
so ago with the above being some of the best lesser known projects
available (i.e., not well known major projects, like Koha, Evergreen,
etc.). Some of these may require more effort on your part to
implement than others may. No guarantees that ANY of these might
meet your needs!
