Starting with the alpha2 release in about a week or so, Evergreen 2.0
will use OpenLibrary as it's default source of book covers and tables
of content. Syndetics, Content Cafe, and other added content
providers remain options.

FWIW, I reported this problem to the OpenLibrary technical discussion
mailing list, asking if they could track down how the image came to be
automatically linked with that work in case there are parallel cases
of abuse like that which could be weeded out.

Beyond that, I really don't think it's feasible to "check or moderate"
all of the images in a given library collection that would use
OpenLibrary. To help with quality control, it would be nice to have a
bi-directional relationship with OpenLibrary from a given library
system so that a user could easily flag a cover as wrong or
inappropriate without having to be or log in as an OpenLibrary member.
