Why not? From where I stand, little by little you're being
marginalized, you're becoming a minority group in the information
world, you're constantly depreciated, shut down, and often, like some
bigger deals between Google and publishers, dismissed as almost
irrelevant.

I don't actually see this definition as different from the former.
