We want all our users to be able to discover *all* books, to learn more about them and to be able to find copies wherever possible - online or offline."

I think this has been known for a while now. They added, or so I read
somewhere, metadata (but just those!) from over a 100 sources, not just
OCLC. Sort of catalog enrichment, only it isn't a catalog. Also known
as "harvesting". What's it called if you harvest where you didn't sow?
(Beside the point, ok.)
Number of digitizations they have is rumored to be still under 10
million. On a global scale, that's certainly under 10% of what exists.
So on this base, to expect more coverage than that for a particular
collection is a bit optimistic.
