So, libraries pay OCLC to use their cataloging service.  The money from that would be the 'Metadata Services' line.

Some libraries also pay a yearly subscription to use Worldcat on OCLC's FirstSearch platform (it has more data and features than the free version on worldcat.org).  That would then represent the 'End User Services'.

Do we know what the line between WorldCat and metadata services is?
They surely mean WorldCat the database not the website, but that's
absolutely core to their batch processing and so forth work. So what's
the line?
