It's true that the NWDA site doesn't have many marc records, but that's purely a function of what that prototype was attempting to accomplish, not a limitation of the software. It would be perfectly feasible to mix together the EAD functionality used by NWDA with the marc display used by Stanford, UVA and others in a single interface, and that's a core goal of both the core open source project and of several institutions who have adopted Blacklight. I'd be more than happy to talk to you about it anytime, as would other folks on the Blacklight mailing list, I'm sure.
