This is an interesting list and an absolutely great example of why I think our skills are needed. I looked through your list and for a few of the earlier materials, I tried my Extend Search function, which also found nothing.
But I think I have a rather good feel for these things, and I have been especially impressed with the Germans for doing some great work in digitization, but they don't seem to bring it together very well. So, I looked a little harder for one of them:
Höhenschichten-Karte des Harzgebirges 1882 2560-6890
And found a digital version at:

This makes an excellent case in point: we shouldn't think of Google Books as a "one size fits all." There is a *lot* of absolutely great work out there now that is not in Google Books but it's too hard to get. It wouldn't surprise me if there are several other digital materials out there, but digging my way through all those booksellers is too much.
I think this will be one of our tasks in the future: somehow bringing these versions together in a reliable, efficient way.
