Theoretically it should. I've been pretty surprised at how little
traffic I've seen from Sindice--even after I seeded it with URIs to
crawl...
Yahoo definitely is coming in and slurping up the RDF and RDFa ... but
I haven't really checked to see if SearchMonkey can be used to find
out who is referencing resources at id.loc.gov. I would be interested
to know if you find something out.
