Speaking from a *personal* point of view, I didn't get this aspect of RDA
until your presentation in the NISO Webinar: "Bibliographic Control" on 
October 14.  However, that left me with more questions about the details 
(RDFS/OWL) of how RDA elements have this duality of "Semantic Web" vs. 
"Library" usage and whether this distinction was really necessary.  The
RDA committee obviously thought this distinction was necessary, but it's
not clear, to me, why every RDA element/property has to have a Semantic 
Web equivalent.

Could you post a URI to the presentation you did for the NISO Webinar?  I
found it helpful and others probably would too, especially if they didn't 
attend, in understanding RDA's Semantic Web aspect.
