Can anyone tell me the citation/authority for ascribing Henry Steel Olcott
(1832-1937) as the author of:

Pulpit sketches : or the dreams of a pew holder. Albany : Printed by Munsell
and Tanner, 1845.

The printer: Joel Munsell went to jail for 30 days for refusing to say who
the author was.

Olcott was born in 1832 - he would have been 13 years old when this was
published.
This is a sophisticated essay attacking the leading clergy of the day.
It doesn't seem likely that he was the author & I'd like to verify that
naming him as the author is accurate or not.

Thank you,
Tom
