Topic maps for "memory institutions" and Digital Humanities

As part of my master thesis on Topic Maps (ISO/IEC 13250) I am trying to
collect its current -Web available- applications in the so called "memory
institutions" (libraries, archives and museums), as well as in the field of
Digital Humanities.
