Jonathan,

The prototype was developed in-house by NLA using:

- the Java programming language

- SOLR/Lucene for indexing

- MySQL for record clustering

- Jetty and Restlets as the HTTP container, FreeMarker as the templating language

The lead technical architect is Kent Fitch.
