Actually, that *might* be cool. It's been said before that the telcoms
have a lot of the same statistical and networked information that
Google and other websites do. They could be slicing and dicing your
social graph and usage information. They could be identifying clusters
for marketing purposes, etc. In sum, they could be using that
information—for your benefit or others'. For good or ill—and there are
potential ills—they're not using that information.
