This *is* a somewhat  regrettable instrument.

I am not familiar with   Linray, the company that prepared the survey (
http://linray.net ). The principals do not appear to have published in the
LIS literature.  Linda Belew is listed as a contributor on this Webjunction
report

it's not indicated whether she designed that survey.

It might be worth cutting this study short and revising the question set
