Re: Whose elephant is it, anyway? (the OLE project)

I failed to mention in my initial response to this email that the 
project scope is still a working document, as well.  But for 
transparency, we are publishing documents in progress for public 
comment, suggestion, and criticism.

In May/June, the final draft of design documents will be published for 
final comment from the community for our deadline of July 30 to be 
submitted to Mellon and published.
