Wow, that's huge, thanks for letting us know. Very very welcome.

Somewhat surprised LC was willing to go along with that, when they 
haven't been willing to expose their portion of the NAF on their own.

But this is a  very good project. If you have any interest in writing 
about it for the Code4Lib Journal, we'd welcome an article. Otherwise 
you should at least blog about it.
