Like your own post? :) Well, I guess your post was aimed at me,
although I've only written 3 or so posts in the last month. But I'm
very curious; which part wasn't constructive? (Most of it was about
the fallacy of knowing your users need, which I find a very serious
issue in dealing with, er, pretty much everything else that's
challenging the library world these days) And then, what *is*
constructive, in your opinion?
