RFC 2616 and its predecessor RFC 2068 both explicitly point out that the
name of the Referer header is misspelled.  At this point, far too much
code looks for a "Referer" header ever to allow for a correction to
"Referrer".  It's unclear who is to blame for the original misspelling.
