We at Tecnológico de Monterrey are putting teachers to work to find
describe open educational resources, and put them into a site
(http://khub.itesm.mx) ... however we are still trying to figure out if
this will remain an open site or will require some form of registration,
membership, etc.
The philosophy is to index only open resources; no password nor
registration required.
