I agree that one is pretty impressive.  Nancy Deyoe, Hongfei Li & Sai Deng have done presentations on how the map feature was incorporated into Wichita State's Voyager ILS [1,2,3].  They have been extremely generous in sharing their expertise.  Hongfei Li (who I believe did the coding) has since moved on to the City University of Seattle.
