Also read the LC CPSO report on pre-coordinated vs. post-coordinated
headings (and much more), issued sometime between the publication of the LC
Working Group draft and the final report, and then trace those
recommendations back to the Airlie House report from 1991.
Many of LC's responses to the WG report (in the area of subject access) were
in the form of "we are committed to implementing the recommendations of
CPSO". And many of the recommendations in the CPSO report echoed
recommendations from Airlie House.
