We're including Google Books links--not images--in our test
Drupal-Millennium Opac. (Thanks Tim Spalding for the code)
We're getting the images from another (in-house) script, where we either
show our local image from our digitizing efforts or fall back to an
empty image.
Right now we're getting a Server Error

from the Google Books API, but you can later try out our test opac here:
