At least a certain amount of this information is available through
lib-web-cats.

The advanced search includes the ability to search by "Alternate Web
Interface" which is where I've coded these products.

http://www.librarytechnology.org/libwebcats/

In many cases the ones listed have indicated that they have purchased
the product, but it might not yet be publicly available.

I can create an additional field specifically for comments about the
next-gen interfaces if that would be helpful.

I think a number of us are doing this. I wonder if there's a way for us
to create a common wiki somewhere with our collective findings, to share
the investigatory work?
