I just released an module for the open source CMS Drupal that "easily"
imports records from a Millennium WebOpac into your site.

open modules like Faceted Search, Fivestar and Similar By Terms.
It works by crawling the Millennium Web OPAC (or WebPAC Pro) and parsing
the MARC view for each record. It does this for a few records every hour.
This is the first step in trying to build "NG Catalogs" which--like Eric
L. Morgan says, are not only the "catalog" but a way to find library
resources, and from elsewhere... (we are wrecking our brains to get to
what this "elsewhere" really means and is within our grasp...)
Some Drupal pros and cons:
Pros: * Super extensible & configurable (don't like the look? put in a
new theme for whatever portion you want re-styled)
Cons: * Steep learning curve for developers (it's not just a CMS, it's a
framework...)
